Watford VTS has 2 intakes/year in August & February.  We usually offer 3 types of post:

1. Traditional 3 year VTS.  Starts with 3 months in GP, followed by 2 years in hospital posts & finishes with 9 months in GP. 
   
   All 3 rotations offered include paeds, O & G & psychiatry.  The remaining post has the options of A & E, medicine/C of Elderly or dermatology & GUM.

2. Short 2 year VTS, for those with previous SHO experience.  Currently 6 months in A &E & 6 months in Medicine ( this may change), followed by a year in GP.

3. 1 year in GP, for those who have completed their 2 years in hospital.
